Joshua T. Hester is a Wisconsin-based Americana and folk singer-songwriter whose music is rooted in storytelling, lived experience, and the traditions of Americana.

For more than a decade, Hester performed throughout the Midwest as a member of Listening Party, an original Americana project known for its extensive regional touring schedule and festival appearances. During that time, he played hundreds of shows in venues ranging from intimate listening rooms and neighborhood clubs to theaters, fairs, and major music festivals.

A multi-instrumentalist with experience on bass, mandolin, and guitar, Hester developed his craft through years of live performance, building a reputation for honest songwriting, strong audience connection, and a road-tested approach to music.

Today, he performs and records under his own name, blending folk, Americana, country, and roots influences into character-driven songs with a distinctly Midwestern perspective.
